challenge: 30 days of photo fun {day 1, self portrait}

I trying to get back in the swing of things around here.

There's lots of spring cleaning that I see needed around here -- throwing back the curtains and sweeping the porch.

I think a few dead bugs in the windowsills as well.

But for as much as I have NOT been contributing to the blog-o-sphere, I still read some of my favorites...

And Kiki, over at I Still Hate Pickles, had a few recent posts that caught my eye about her participating in the 30 Day Photo Fun Challenge.

And, since I did so fabulously with my 365 photo challenge (HA!), I thought to myself, "why the hell not?"

This is a stripped down, mini version of the overwhelming 365 challenge that I failed at miserably. I take a photo each day for 30 days... and the topics of those said 30 pictures are already spelled out for me. Sounds fun, sounds easy and sounds like a way to ease myself back in to this world...
